• Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Customers are encouraged to review all descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

3. Authenticity

Gizeye carefully evaluates all designer and branded items before offering them for sale.

Authentication may be based on provenance, documentation, expert review, and industry-standard verification methods.

Unless explicitly stated, Gizeye is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any brand featured on the website.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us of withdrawal, including for pre-owned goods, subject only to exceptions permitted by law. Email info@thegizeye.com with a clear statement and your order details. Send goods back within 14 days of that notice. Our approval is not a condition of exercising a statutory right.

Please inspect goods carefully and return them securely packed, with accompanying accessories and documentation. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as provided by applicable law. We may deduct an actual, substantiated loss of value; there is no automatic restocking or payment-processing fee.

If there is a delivery problem, please report it by email within the first 24 hours if possible, with photos and your order number. This request does not limit statutory withdrawal, guarantee or non-conformity rights.

Refund timing, delivery and return costs, and the optional withdrawal form are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which applies to return arrangements.

9. Exceptions and Final Sale Labels

Only exceptions permitted by applicable law apply, such as clearly personalised goods. Pre-owned, vintage, collectible, rare, discounted, furniture or fragile status alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. A “Final Sale” designation never overrides mandatory consumer rights.

All content available on the website, including but not limited to:

• graphics;

• logos;

• branding elements;

• website design and layout;

is the property of Gizeye or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gizeye shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;

• loss of profits;

• loss of opportunity;

• business interruption;

• delays caused by third parties.
